How does the weekly billing actually work?
You're billed weekly + GST for the duration of your retainer (six-month minimum). So instead of a one-off five-figure invoice, you pay a manageable weekly amount and get a full monthly shoot, edited photos and reels, every month for at least six months.
What happens after the six-month minimum?
After six months you can stay on month-to-month for as long as it's working — no contract, no exit fees. You can also upgrade between packages mid-retainer if your content needs grow.
What's Moodkin and how do I use it?
Moodkin is a private creative-planning app where we build out every shoot together — mood boards, location ideas, outfit references, shot lists, content goals. You get access from day one and use it to feed in inspiration whenever it strikes, so every shoot is fully planned before we hit the location.
What's included in the free Brand Strategy + Instagram Audit?
Before your first shoot, we run a 60-minute strategy call. We dig into your brand, your audience, your offer and your content goals — then run a full Instagram audit so we know exactly what your feed needs more of. It's free, even if you don't go ahead with the retainer.
How and where are the photos and videos delivered?
